To get us started for you all you have to do is send us a message with some more information like when and how many you are coming to Amsterdam and maybe you already know what tours you want to do or what special requests you have. We will send you a tour proposal as soon as possible and if you agree we will confirm and organize it for you. It’s that simple.
You can cancel your tickets and get a full refund for public tours up to 48 hours before the start time of the tour. For private and customized tours this is 7 days before the tour date. Third party costs like boat rent or museum tickets are non refundable, this also goes for processing and credit card or online payment costs.
The tours will always take place, no matter what the weather, except when the Dutch meteorological Institute has given out a warning for severe and dangerous weather (code orange or red). In this case we will of course offer you a full refund.
